Meghan Kennedy is the the Business Manager of the School of Design. An incorrigibile curiosity, sincere appreciation for granular detail and admiration of the iterative process drove her into the arms of accounting and entrepreneurship. Her undergraduate education consisted of specialized study in accounting, operations, and management. She earned an MBA from Seton Hill University, where she designed and built all financial systems and operations for a start-up: Seton Hill University's Master of Science program in Orthodontics.
Outside of Carnegie Mellon Meghan can be found in her flower garden or vegetable garden, deeply emersed in a book, and/or embarking on some adventure with her two girls, a partner in crime and two sons, Goldendoodle - Sebastian and Bernedoodle - Falkor.
Meghan is passionate about accounting, financial analysis, data visualization and life-long learning. Outside of her immediate family, she has found immense joy working as a Big Sister mentor for underprivileged children, working for Union Project as well as serving the community as the Blawnox council finance chair.
