Biometric Ostrich People Mover

Using the motion of an ostrich as the frame for my project, I focused on implementing the ostrich leg mechanics as well as the coordination and sway of their body in movement. Although birds, Ostriches walk similarly to humans, essentially walking on their toes and balls of their feet, hence the heel-like shoe. Furthermore, their body sways in compensation for their leg movement. Connecting the feet and hips replicates a similar motion in which one hip responds to its foot being raised.
