At the Bus Stop
Saumya Kharbanda
While observing how Pittsburghers navigate public spaces in the city, we found that the wait at the bus stop was a source of frustration across the board. How can we help improve the experience of waiting for a bus? Could it be productive? Social? Or just less anxiety-inducing? We propose a set of interventions in the bus stop environment, keeping in mind real world constraints.
