Whit Elizabeth Peters is the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Enrollment at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Design. Committed to fostering diversity and excellence, she leads strategic recruitment initiatives to build a vibrant and inclusive applicant pool. Whit holds a Master's degree in Adult Education from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University. With many years of experience in secondary education, she has worked as a College Counselor at international schools in Asia, enhancing diversity and inclusion efforts. Before joining CMU, she managed graduate enrollment for healthcare programs at Chatham University.
