“Beats is an immersive light experience that shapes time by the rhythm of your heartbeat. Visitors are surrounded by a full-room projection that responds to their real-time heartbeats. It invites them to explore how we perceive and experience the passage of time, where each person's rhythm offers a different sense of time passage. Each beat becomes a moment preserved, forming a timeline that is entirely your own. This serves as a reminder that time is not just something we observe but something we live and experience.”

Visitor Journey
There are four key moments that define the experience. Each moment was designed and prototyped, and then experienced in real time by visitors.

Process
Beats was realized after extensive prototyping with light, conceptual development through research and storyboarding, visual development in TouchDesigner and finally real time, full scale prototyping. The graphic system and visuals were unified across digital and print media.
