The (Not So) Book Club

This project explores how to bring rare and historic books in the CMU Special Collection to life by creating a space for community engagement and participatory curation. In this library experience, the Collection is activated through colors and dynamic lines connecting books with people’s comments written on index cards.

The project’s goal was to leverage the interests of the community through content creation as a way to motivate visitors to explore the Collection.
